1
glass daily yields vitamin C needs for the day
Hibsicus
is a lovely annual flower with beautiful red flowers, commonly
grown in flower gardens or indoor pots. The flowers are not just
for ascetic pleasure, but have amazing flavoring and antioxidant
qualities especially when blended with roseships. When the tea
water is sun quenched, the vitamin C is more assimilable because
the sun charges the water creating a higher vibrational frequency.
One

Large glass pitcher of alkaline water
Put flowers in alkaline water and steep in the sun for about 1
